 After being in the restaurant & hospitality business for almost 20 years I have had the pleasure, over the past 8 years, of sharing my art through the Personal and Private Chef sector. This addition to my professional culinary resume has afforded me the time I needed to focus on the brand that I created in memory of my brother. The opportunity to  share my creativity with you all through this endeavor is an added bonus to the satisfaction I feel when I share my culinary journey with you all on your plates and through your taste buds. This is only the beginning, again.
